How this works

Nothing on this site is modelled, simulated or estimated. Every measured number comes from a spin that actually happened and was written to a database.

Where the spins come from

A dedicated server runs Pragmatic Play's own free demo games around the clock, one process per slot, roughly one spin every two seconds per slot. No account, no deposit, no real money — the demo is a public feature of the provider's own website.

Why you can trust the numbers

After every single spin the program checks the game's own balance against what it recorded: balance change must equal win minus bet. If it doesn't match, that spin is discarded and the whole line stops until a person looks at it. This caught a real error in October 2026: one family of slots signals "the cascade isn't finished" with a field our code didn't know about, so a single spin was being counted several times and one game briefly measured a 141% return. The reconciliation check is what exposed it.

Demo versus real money

The maths in a demo game is the provider's default configuration. Several Pragmatic Play titles ship in more than one RTP setting, and the casino chooses which one it runs. So a real-money session can be worse than what we measure. It cannot be better. Everything on this site is labelled demo-mode measurement for that reason.

Margins of error, and why we show them

Almost all of a slot's payback is concentrated in a few rare big wins. That makes the measured return extremely noisy: after 40,000 spins on a high-volatility game, the honest range is still about fifteen percentage points wide either way. Publishing "we measured 97.2%" without that range would be the dishonest version. Hit rate and the share of wins smaller than the bet behave completely differently — they settle to a fraction of a percentage point within 20,000 spins, which is why those are the numbers we lead with.

When we publish a slot

A slot gets its own page after 20,000 recorded spins. At that point the hit rate, the share of wins below the stake, and the measured return are all accurate enough to publish — each one shown with its margin of error. Free-spin frequency needs more: we withhold the figure until 384 triggers and show the raw count instead, because below that the number would be out by more than a tenth. Before 20,000 spins a slot has no page at all; it sits in the queue with its official figures.

What we don't do

We don't link to casinos, we don't take affiliate money, we don't tell you a slot is "due" or worth playing, and we don't delete results that look bad. There is no system here, because there isn't one to find.
